The problem

A villa design-and-build studio sells on visual impression, but its team also needed to publish projects, articles and hiring posts daily. A hand-coded site cannot do both.

02

Solution approach

  • Built the visitor site on Next.js 16 server components with GSAP and Lenis motion, so the cinematic scroll the brand needs still ships as fast, indexable HTML.
  • Gave staff a custom CMS admin for projects, articles, leads, applications, videos, categories, redirects and site settings, so every public page is editable without a deploy.
  • Ran bilingual content end to end, Vietnamese and English, with a machine-translation pipeline and slug indexes so both locales stay in sync and linkable.
  • Kept infrastructure boring on purpose: PostgreSQL for content, Cloudflare R2 for media with presigned uploads, Docker Compose for the production stack.
03

The outcome

  • Live in production at nhadepshouse.com, serving as the studio's main sales channel and content hub.
  • The team publishes new projects and articles through the admin instead of waiting on a developer, so the site stays current with actual delivered work.
